Official Statement Regarding Departure of David Otu Blaboe

ACCRA, GHANA — The Management of Imperial Eye, Indigo, and the EL-ROI GROUP wishes to formally notify all valued clients, partners, and the general public that Mr. David Otu Blaboe, formerly the Business Development Coordinator at Imperial Eye Koforidua, is no longer an employee of the organization, effective March 31, 2026.

In light of this transition, we wish to state the following for the protection of our clients and the integrity of our operations:

• Cessation of Authority: Effective immediately, Mr. David Otu Blaboe is no longer authorized to represent, negotiate, or conduct any business transactions on behalf of Imperial Eye, Indigo, or EL-ROI GROUP.

• Transactions: Clients are strongly advised not to engage in any financial or professional dealings with Mr. Blaboe concerning the services, products, or interests of our constituent brands. The organization will not be held liable for any commitments or transactions made through him after the aforementioned date.

• Official Channels: All inquiries, business development matters, and client services previously handled by his office should now be directed to our official customer service desks or the regional management team at our Koforidua branch.
